Within each of us lives a rich inner world made up of many parts—each holding unique energy, emotion, and wisdom. Some parts protect us, some carry old stories, and others are waiting to be seen and embraced. In this heart-centered talk, we’ll explore the nature of these internal energy parts and how they influence the way we move through life.

Through gentle guidance and embodied presence, you'll be led in a grounding meditation to meet and connect with one of your inner parts—the one that’s ready to step forward and be witnessed. This experience is an invitation to deepen your self-awareness, soften into compassion, and begin (or continue) the healing dialogue within.

Whether you're familiar with inner parts work or just beginning to explore your energetic landscape, this experience offers a sacred space for insight, healing, and connection to your true essence.
